  • Use a variety of hand and power tools and machining equipment, including drill presses, lathes, polishing and honing equipment, and other shop machinery
  • Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
  • Perform hydraulic testing and troubleshooting, including operation of flow meters, data acquisition equipment, multimeters, and precision measuring tools
  • Operate hydraulic test stands and test hydraulic systems to verify proper operation and performance
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic circuits and fluid power systems
  • Assemble and reassemble hydraulic components and cylinders
  • Prepare repair quotes using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Communicate and send documentation using Microsoft Outlook
  • Perform pneumatic spray painting of repaired components

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe repair department
  • Follow established safety, quality, and repair procedures
