- Lead by example in all back-of-house operations, setting high standards for efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all tasks.
- Ensure seamless coordination between back-of-house and sales floor operations to support overall store performance.
- Oversee all inventory processes, including merchandise check-in, stock processing, store-to-store transfers, markdowns, RTVs (Return to Vendor), and liquidation.
- Implement procedures to ensure timely and accurate stock handling, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
- Manage visual merchandising processes such as floor sets, product replenishment, and ongoing maintenance to uphold brand standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and aligned with current promotions and trends.
- Implement and monitor asset protection strategies to minimize inventory loss and prevent shrinkage.
- Oversee accurate and timely physical inventory counts, ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols.
- Maintain an organized, efficient stockroom, ensuring all back-of-house areas are clean, accessible, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Promote best practices for stock handling and storage to support smooth operations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide support on the sales floor as needed, assisting with POS operations and ensuring a smooth checkout process.
- Greet and engage customers when required, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience and reinforcing brand values.
- 2+ years of prior sales support experience, including POS, inventory management, cycle counts, and shipment processing.
- A natural problem solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexible with scheduling needs and can adapt to the business demands.
- Bilingual in certain key markets (preferred but not required).
- You're passionate about creating operational excellence and ensuring a seamless store experience.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
