Full job description

Hillwood Properties' Multifamily Division is seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Leasing Professional to support our multifamily communities within AllianceTexas Town Center. This position is responsible for driving leasing performance, supporting resident retention initiatives, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the community through strong operational and administrative support.

- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Hillwood's dress code standards at all times.

- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and team members while representing Hillwood professionally.

- Greet, pre-qualify, identify needs, tour, and maintain timely follow-up communication with prospective residents.

- Prepare, process, and maintain lease documentation in accordance with company policies and quality standards.

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the community, amenities, floor plans, pricing, and local market conditions.

- Assist with the development and execution of marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, resident events, and resident retention programs.

- Support resident satisfaction and renewal efforts through proactive communication and service.

- Assist with administrative functions including filing, ordering supplies, responding to emails and messages, and service request follow-up.

- Conduct pre-move-in inspections, walk tour routes and model units, and assist with routine property inspections.

- Report maintenance concerns through the work order system and follow up as needed.

- Complete daily operational duties and administrative tasks necessary to support property operations.

- Remain knowledgeable of Fair Housing laws, company policies, and industry best practices, ensuring compliance at all times.

- Participate in required training, professional development programs, and continuing education opportunities.

- Maintain reliable transportation for business-related travel, including marketing events, meetings, training, and community support activities.

- Actively embrace and support new company initiatives, including leasing strategies, technology platforms, AI tools, pilot programs, and operational improvements, approaching change with professionalism, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

- Provide support to sister communities and properties as needed to meet operational and business objectives.

- Work weekends, holidays, evenings, overtime, and other schedules as required.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.

- Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team environment.

- Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and sound judgment.

- Leadership potential and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

- Basic knowledge of office equipment and general administrative procedures.

- Ability and willingness to learn and utilize new technology platforms, software applications, and digital tools.

- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, emerging technologies, and property management software is a plus.

- Previous experience in multifamily leasing, property management, hospitality, sales, or customer service preferred.

- Frequent walking, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, climbing stairs, sitting, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 20 pounds.

- Ability to receive and communicate information verbally and in writing.

- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) dependent on plan elections
