Experienced Insulation Installer

- Load and track materials on trucks

- Set up ladders or scaffolding

- Cut and install insulation to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces

- Staple, glue, nail, wire, or run equipment for loose-fill or foam insulation

- Drive a company vehicle when needed and keep it clean

- Follow all job site safety procedures

- Reliable transportation

- Construction or installation experience is a plus (we will train the right person)

- Comfortable using hand tools

- Able to work in tight spaces and at heights

- Able to lift 50 lbs

- Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for long periods

- Bilingual is a plus, not required

- Driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle report required if job duties include operating a company vehicle

- Some assignments require a valid driver's license

- A valid driver's license is required for tasks involving the transportation of equipment or travel between sites

The Physical Side (So You Know What to Expect)

Includes lifting and carrying heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), bending, squatting, and climbing ladders. The role requires working in confined spaces, crawling, and reaching overhead. Manual dexterity is needed for using hand and power tools.

An insulation installer must also be able to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, while adhering to safety standards. Reasonable accommodations can be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
