Physical Security Solutions Architect I

The Solution Architect is the primary technical contact for the customer, providing solution and product recommendations based on the client's needs and tailoring customized solutions that are moderate to complex in nature to fit business needs. In this role, you will:

- Develops Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) for projects.

- Presents technical solutions and recommendations to clients.

- Designs physical security solutions, including video surveillance, access control, and related security technologies.

- Develops technical recommendations to support customer needs and project objectives.

- Assists with customer engagements, project planning, and implementation strategies.

- Familiarity with manufacturer tools, equipment, and processes.

- Ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies while staying current with industry trends.

- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.

- Strong time management skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines without compromising quality.

- One (1) or more years of Physical Security Solution experience.

- Manufacturer certifications required, with a commitment to ongoing manufacturer training and product knowledge development.
