The Associate Merchandise Planner will support the Sr. Merchandise Planner by developing replenishment buys and collaborating with Planners to understand buying strategies and ensure alignment with future demand forecasts.
- Use sales forecasts and current inventory levels to create replenishment buys
- Work closely with Planners to understand buying strategies and align with future demand forecasts
- Support Planners with data requests and analytics including in-season data
- 2+ years of planning or related financial/analytical experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Skilled with Excel
- Power BI a plus
- An analytical, inquiring, and critical mind that solves complex problems
- A knack for anticipating potential issues
- Strong commitment to tasks being completed correctly and on time
- Thrives in a structured environment
- Comfortable making decisions in area of expertise
- Communication style is factual and sincere
