Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, lobbies, office areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity within a financial institution location, following site protocols for entry, identification review, and/or reporting of suspicious behavior.
Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with security-related inquiries, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or procedural issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
