The Senior Transformation Program Manager is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide transformation programs that enable Medtronic's Service Center Strategy. This role drives the planning, execution, governance, and realization of strategic initiatives focused on service center footprint optimization, service capability development, process harmonization, cost optimization, and digital enablement.

This individual will partner across regional service organizations, supply chain, quality, IT, finance, HR, and operating units to deliver complex, multi-year transformation programs that improve customer experience, increase operational efficiency, drive scalable growth, and support service profitability objectives. The role requires exceptional program leadership, change management expertise, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence across a highly matrixed global organization.

- Service center footprint optimization - Capability development and segmentation - Process and systems harmonization - Cost optimization - Digital enablement and innovation

- Develop and maintain integrated transformation plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting. - Establish program governance structures and facilitate executive report outs. - Build business cases and value realization plans to support strategic investment decisions. - Lead organizational change management activities including communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption planning. - Partner with regional leaders to define future-state operating models and transfer or transition roadmaps. - Drive alignment on standardized processes, systems, data models, and performance metrics across service operations. - Identify and implement opportunities to reduce complexity, improve scalability, and optimize cost-to-serve. - Partner with Digital, IT, and Operations teams to accelerate automation, analytics, AI, and process mining initiatives supporting service operations modernization. - Monitor program performance and ensure delivery of operational, financial, quality, and customer experience outcomes. - Provide executive-level communications, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership. - Coach project managers and workstream leaders to ensure disciplined execution and accountability.

- Lead initiatives to evaluate, rationalize, and optimize the global service center network. - Support site specific strategies, capability realignment, and regional hub strategies. - Develop business cases supporting scalability, efficiency, and growth opportunities. - Develop and execute plans that minimize customer, quality, and operational disruption during network and capability transitions. - Partner with regional and functional leaders to define transfer or transition roadmaps that support future-state operating models and stable ramp-up

- Drive global standardization of service center processes, systems, and operating procedures, including how Primary Service Centers support Regional Service Centers. - Lead cross-functional efforts to simplify workflows, reduce variation, and improve operational performance.

- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, utilization, and operating leverage. - Drive programs focused on reducing operating costs while maintaining service quality and compliance.

- Accelerate deployment of digital tools, automation, analytics, AI, and process mining capabilities. - Partner with IT and Digital organizations to prioritize and execute transformation initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree required. - 10+ years of relevant experience in program management, business transformation, operations, supply chain, service operations, consulting, or related fields. - 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise transformation programs.

- MBA or advanced degree. - PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Prosci, or equivalent certification. - Experience in MedTech, healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, or service operations environments. - Experience managing complex global initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions. - Strong financial acumen with experience developing business cases and tracking value realization. - Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and transformation efforts. - Experience leading network optimization, operating model redesign, shared services, or service transformation initiatives. - Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM platforms, service management systems, process mining, AI, and digital transformation methodologies. - Experience presenting to executive leadership teams.
