Part time Licensed Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a Part-Time Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our team working on site at 2506 North Broad Street in Colmar, PA.

This role is 20 hours per week with an hourly rate range of $30.00-$33.95.

The Licensed Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision to licensed clinicians, pre-licensed professionals, and interns to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based behavioral health services. This role is responsible for providing licensure supervision, intern supervision, clinical consultation, and professional development while ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.

The Licensed Clinical Supervisor supports staff in clinical decision-making, treatment planning, documentation review, and risk management, while fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and clinical excellence;
