Full job description

Location: West Chester, OH Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support procurement operations, supplier management, quality systems, and procure-to-pay processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate with manufacturing experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to support process improvement initiatives.

Summary of

Responsibilities: Support day-to-day procure-to-pay activities and business system data management. Manage contract tracking, approvals, and documentation. Maintain supplier records, including onboarding and profile updates.

Coordinate supplier evaluations, reporting, and corrective action processes. Support procurement quality system compliance, including IATF 16949 activities. Participate in supplier audits and process improvement projects.

Develop procedures, training materials, and provide system training to users. Other duties as assigned. Minimum

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or related field. 1-2 years of professional experience in Procurement, supplier management, quality systems, or manufacturing environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, procure-to-pay processes, and supplier management. Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage priorities and support cross-functional projects.

Preferred

Qualifications: Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, quality auditing, procurement systems, data analysis, and reporting tools. CPM or CPSM certification preferred. Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.
