- Support additional administrative, labor relations, and operational initiatives as assigned.

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

- Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Ability to work collaboratively with employees, supervisors, union representatives, and management, as well as ability to work independently.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a manufacturing environment.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/timekeeping systems.

- Knowledge of labor agreements, grievance administration, and labor relations practices preferred.

- High school diploma with at least 1 year of business administration experience.

- High school diploma with at least 5 years of labor relations or union experience.

- Associates degree in business administration, operations management, or a related degree with at least 2 years of labor relations or union experience.
