We are looking for a proactive Methods and Tools Analyst to join the Digital & Technology PMO team. Reporting to the PMO – Methods and Tools Lead, you will manage the administration, governance, configuration and support of important project management and collaboration tools across the IT organisation.

You will ensure standardisation, data integrity, access governance, and ideal use of tools. These tools include Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Miro, Airtable, and associated platforms. Additionally, the role will support AI enablement and integrations.

Atlassian Suite Administration (Jira, Confluence)

User & Access Management

*Manage end-to-end Atlassian user lifecycle (onboarding, modifications, offboarding)

*Provision user access, project roles, and admin rights based on governance standards

*Handle admin access provisioning and approvals

*Maintain licence usage within defined limits

Project & Configuration Management

*Create and configure:

Jira projects, boards, workflows

Workflow schemes and field configurations

Screens and screen schemes

*Maintain Jira fields, configurations, and data standards

*Perform status tracking and health checks across projects

*Support Jira Plans setup and maintenance

Automation & Integration

*Design Jira automation rules

*Support Jira API token requests and integrations

*Help and manage third-party integrations

*Provide inputs/guidance using developer.atlassian.com resources

Confluence Administration

*Create Confluence spaces

*Provision access and enforce space governance

*Maintain templates and documentation standards

Support & Governance

*Manage Jira support tickets and issue resolution

*Conduct data quality checks (e.g., inconsistencies, overdue tasks)

*Maintain user guides and process documentation

*Ensure adherence to PMO standards and governance

Smartsheet Admin

*Manage user provisioning and licence governance (including Dynamic Views)

*Configure and maintain Smartsheet solutions and Control Centre

*Conduct dashboard and project toolkit reviews

*Support learning and enablement plans for users

*Handle support tickets and issue resolution

*Maintain licence use within limits

Miro Admin

*Manage user access provisioning and workspace configuration

*Ensure licence optimization and compliance

*Support Miro-related service requests and issue escalation

*Be the liaison for Miro support tickets

Airtable Admin

*Manage user access and workspace configurations

*Maintain and govern Airtable admin panel

*Ensure adherence to data structure and usage standards

*Monitor licence use and tool adoption

Good To Have:

*Vendor management experience

*Knowledge of SAP WBS / financial tracking

*Experience with ServiceNow configuration

*Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and automation frameworks

You are a professional with expertise in (not limited to) Jira, Confluence, Miro, Airtable and Smartsheet administration, including workflows, configurations, and user access governance.

You bring experience in tool integrations, automation, and reporting along with an understanding of PMO processes and project lifecycle management.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, or Project Management)

4+ years of experience in PMO tools administration or similar roles
