What You'll Do: As a Forklift Operator, you'll help keep products moving safely and efficiently throughout the plant. You'll support daily order picking, storage, staging, and distribution activities while helping the logistics team meet customer and production needs. Operate and maintain a forklift safely while following plant, USDA, SQF, and SMP guidelines Retrieve product from cooler storage racks and prepare it for distribution using FIFO and customer requirements Use scanning devices to track product movement and inventory accurately Consolidate and re-palletize product once cooling requirements are met Pull product from the production floor to the cooler and transfer packaging materials as needed Support logistics office coverage, communicate with drivers and schedulers, and track special orders Maintain housekeeping, sanitation, QC records, and teamwork across the logistics area Stand Up Forklift required
