JOB SUMMARY: As a Plant Controller, you will be providing the financial leadership to our business decision making with the aim of maximizing long-term value, cash flows and shareholder return in the Americas Packaging Division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in an Accounting / Finance role with 3-4 years in a manufacturing environment and will provide accurate and timely financial reporting to ensure we meet our business objectives.

In addition, this position will offer the opportunity to work with cross functional teams to analyze data, provide management with a fair assessment of key projects including how we can optimize it in a way that helps to generate superior business results for the company; as well as support continuous improvement activities to achieve world class financial reporting standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES: Position Scope: Analytical support for all activities and processes of the local Site Leadership Team. Key processes include monthly close, monthly financial forecasts, annual operating plans, and compliance matters.

Responsibilities also include: analysis and evaluation of the Plant's monthly operating results, annual budgets, monthly production and financial forecasts, and weekly results reporting. Provide analytical support including but not limited to customer profitability analysis and pricing etc. Primary Responsibilities are, but not limited to the following: - Partner with plant management and serve as a member of the Site Leadership team - Review of month end results: P&L and Balance Sheet including variance analysis - Review month end results package for the Plant and present to Regional / Senior Management - Oversee monthly close process including but not limited to oversight of Balance Sheet reconciliations and accurate Revenue and Expense reporting - Create monthly financial forecasts and analysis - Ad hoc financial analysis of financial and operating metrics to support business

requirements - Lead the development and analysis of the annual operating plan - Oversee SOX Compliance - Support Operations with Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and Appropriation Requests (AR) for capital spending Job

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business-related field required. - Minimum 5-7 years in an Accounting/ Finance role - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Suite tools. - ERP systems experience required; SAP preferred - Travel 5-10%; frequent local travel between locations The above job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.

Responsibilities: - Follow all Plant rules, Processes, Hygiene, and Allergens procedures, related to production of Safe Quality Foods. - Report to person of authority to record any potentially unsafe conditions which may result in unsafe foods or noncompliance to SQF related procedures. - Participate in SQF Root Cause and Corrective Actions (from customer complaints, SQF audits, validation, and verification activities) as required. - Follow all procedures related to producing Safe Quality Foods (SQF). - Report any potentially unsafe SQF conditions or customer complaints to a person of authority to record and/or correct the situation Education & Experience: BA or equivalent + 6 yrs related experience, or MA + 4 yrs related experience Disclaimer The candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
