Full job description

- Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit - Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education - Ensure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and their experience

- Assist with patient flow and pre exam screenings to support Optometrists - Help ensure smooth transitions between exam, finish, and pickup moments - Serve as a calm, knowledgeable presence throughout the customer journey

- Perform finishing work including final adjustments, inspections and quality checks - Ensure all eyewear meets Eyeglass World standards for fit, function, and presentation - Prepare orders for pickup and deliver polished, brand aligned handoff

- Support order entry, tracking, and timely completion - Maintain organized, clean, and efficient finish and retail areas - Identify and resolve quality or service issues proactively

- Model Eyeglass World service standards, tone, and behaviors in every interaction - Uphold visual, experiential, and operational brand standards in the store - Partner with the store team to deliver a consistent and elevated experience

- 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service (Required)

- Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills (Required) - Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively (Required) - Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction (Required0 - Support store team in shared goals (Required) - Bilingual abilities (Preferred)

This role blends customer connection, optical support, and finishing excellence to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
