The salary for this position is expected to range between $126,000 and $234,000 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards. US-based eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and a variety of other benefits. In addition, employees are eligible for a generous time off package including vacation, personal days, holidays and other leaves.

The Associate Director, TA Communications will support the development and execution of high-impact product and portfolio communications strategies across Novartis' Cardiovascular & Metabolic (CVM) Therapeutic Area in both the U.S. and global markets.
The Associate Director will support communications strategy across a dynamic portfolio of mid-stage development assets, priority growth brands, and launch-stage programs advancing the next generation of cardiovascular innovation. Working across Global and US Communications, this individual will help shape the product stories behind priority brands tackling some of cardiology's most significant unmet needs, including ASCVD, thrombosis, and emerging risk factors such as Lp(a). They will support key development and launch milestones, craft compelling product and disease narratives, and help position breakthrough science in ways that resonate with stakeholders. This is a high-visibility opportunity to influence how future cardiovascular innovations are understood, differentiated, and ultimately brought to patients.
