Summary
The Sales Support Associate is responsible for generating bids using material cost sheets, scopes of work, and market strategies. This role works collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing, consistent documentation, and effective execution of the company’s sales growth strategy. The Sales Support Associate plays a key role in maintaining product programs, preparing bids, and supporting sales operations for flooring, countertops, wall tile, and window coverings while serving as a resource for sales teams and supporting ongoing process improvement and training initiatives.

Education & Experience Required
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1–3 years of applicable job experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods and operate standard office equipment, including computers and keyboards.
Preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Residential construction industry experience preferred.
- Experience with SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) for material resource planning and production control.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Thorough knowledge of all available company products and installation processes.
- Experience with industry or builder programs.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment to deliver accurate results.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills; ability to clearly document complex processes.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with flexibility to collaborate across all organizational levels.
Pay range: $24-$26/hour plus benefits
