Job Summary: The Medical Education Manager is accountable for the development and management of educational programs at Highridge Medical Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside surgeon faculty to design and implement world-class training programs, workshops, and virtual or in-person sessions for healthcare professionals (HCPs) on the safe and effective use of medical devices
- Understand and apply working knowledge of corporate compliance and regulatory standards when engaging with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain tracking details and documentation following products training according to standard operating procedures.
- Create ongoing clinical and technical training materials for internal staff and sales teams to support new product introductions.
- Develop and adhere to a budget and set agenda of programs and events.
- Assist in sales force trainings held at the Highridge Institute in Westminster, CO and nationally.
- Develop programs that connect early-in-career surgeons with Highridge Medical distributors and surgeon peers, aimed at building a professional network and operational support team.
- Evaluate educational activities and employ the appropriate changes to ensure trainings are effective and sustainable.
- Partner with marketing, R&D, and physician advisors to develop impactful training programs and materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities)
- Applicants must have proficient working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Detailed understanding of legal, compliance and regulatory requirements for assigned product scope.
- Detailed understanding of the cadaveric constraints and regulations (OSHA/LAB) within each segment.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills. Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university; and 5 to 7 years' experience in medical device product environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred Travel Requirements Up to 60% Welcome to the Highridge Medical's Career Page.
