Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform Gage R&R studies on new variable gauging to ensure measurement system accuracy and repeatability.
- Measure parts for Capability studies (Cp, Cpk), Engineering trials, Design of Experiments (DOE), providing data for analysis by Quality Engineering.
- Perform physical testing of plastic injection molded products and document/report results.
- Carry out detailed dimensional inspections to support engineers in troubleshooting mold and tooling issues.
- Support and maintain calibration of all measurement tools and equipment that directly affect part quality.
- Ensure all measurement activities are conducted with a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Work Independently with minimal supervisor while effectively managing inspection priorities and deadlines.
