Full job description

Utilizes specialized knowledge to execute tasks, lead smaller projects or oversee specific components of larger initiatives. Addresses non-routine problems and contributes to process improvements by applying technical or professional expertise.

Decision-making is informed by established practices and past experience, ensuring effective and informed outcomes. May oversee the daily activities of team members within a specific area, to ensure task completion, and coordinating with other supervisors as necessary.

Delivers high-quality People Operations and HR services across the full employee lifecycle ("hire to retire"), providing policy, process, systems, and transactional support to employees, managers, candidates, and People & Culture colleagues.

Acts as the operational backbone of the People & Culture function, ensuring consistent, efficient, and compliant delivery of core people processes.

Provides centralised services spanning areas such as payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, onboarding, leavers, and employee queries.

Establishes and maintains service standards, procedures, and workflows for handling people transactions and inquiries, and partners closely with HR systems, technology, and specialist teams to improve service efficiency, data quality, and employee experience. $55,000 - $65,000 USD Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.

Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
