Business Project Manager - Acquisition Integration - Bio-Techne

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Life Sciences, or a related field is required. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. - Professional certification in project management such as PMP (PMI) or PRINCE2 is strongly preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years supporting complex, high-stakes programs.

- Prior experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry is strongly preferred. - Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects involving legal, finance, IT, HR, and commercial stakeholders.

- Travel requirement up to 50%

- Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, confidential environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to senior audiences. - Demonstrated ability to influence and build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities. - High degree of personal accountability, discretion, and professional integrity. - Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project - Proficiency in SmartSheets

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
