Chemours is seeking a Maintenance/HVAC Technician to join our growing team! This position will report directly to the Production Supervisor at our El Dorado, Arkansas location. We’re looking for candidates who possess skills in HVAC, Instrument/Electrical and Mechanical maintenance.
This position is part of a high hazard operation, and the Maintenance/HVAC Technician could possibly work a rotating 12-hour shift, an 8-hour Monday-Friday day shift, or a 10-hour Monday-Thursday day shift; wear an acid suit and full-face respirator during summer and/or winter, ascend and descend multiple flights of stairs, operate a computer, and wear routine safety equipment daily.
The Maintenance/HVAC Technician should demonstrate teamwork, the ability to work safely, protect our work and community environment, respect all employees, and work with high ethical standards. The Maintenance/HVAC Technician applies working knowledge and experience to independently improve maintenance techniques and operations, and upgrade equipment.
