Systems Programmer

- Supports system design, analysis, and coding while following UI/UX standards.

- Assists with updates and maintenance of new and existing programs.

- Performs QA by troubleshooting issues, identifying causes, recommending fixes, and validating results.

- Works with web services and API integrations, including communication with the banking core.

- Communicates clearly, captures requirements accurately, and collaborates with stakeholders to refine user stories.

- Exercises sound judgment, works independently, and manages multiple tasks effectively.

- Understands business workflows, compliance needs, and how coding decisions impact quality, security, and member protection.

- Contributes to a positive culture and strong cross-department relationships.

- Maintains productive relationships with branches, internal teams, and external partners.

- Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from a four-year College or university and minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of formal education and experience - Must be capable of accomplishing basic software development tasks - 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Visual Studio, C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core - Working knowledge of relational database concepts and experience using Microsoft SQL Server

This position is hybrid at our Remote Operations Center.

Compensation is determined by a candidate's background, including experience and education. $84,000-105,000.
