Full job description

Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Reviews current leads and referrals processes across TIAA and develop an enterprise strategy and program to support TW&A growth aspirations - Designs and operationalizes new program structure and processes, and ensures alignment with key stakeholders - Partners with stakeholders to define and gain alignment on core elements, e.g. goals, metrics, SLAs, handoffs - Works with channel owners and other partners to assess channel capacity and manage optimal leads / referrals volume, flows, quality - Partners with Solutions Design and Technology to define required capabilities - Manages performance of direct reports through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure high performance - Creates a culture of engagement, motivation and development of the team

Anticipated Posting End Date: 2026-08-13
Base Pay Range: $267,000/yr - $349,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
