General Technician 2nd and 3rd shift

- Being involved in training and leading other crew members - Continuous clean-up and housekeeping of the production area - Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and work rules - Some positions may also include the operation of a forklift

- Successful candidates must be able to do the following (with or without reasonable accommodation): - Work 8-hour shifts - 2nd Shift (3p m-11 pm), or 3rd Shift (11pm- 7 am) - Work a split shift (every other Saturday as overtime shift) - Lift 10-15 pounds continuously, lift to 70 pounds occasionally, stand for long hours, and use hands and wrists continuously in a controlled movement - Receive and follow instructions - Use vision to identify defects in the product - Good verbal and written comprehension, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and working independently with minimal supervision are required.

- Manufacturing experience (such as laborer, machinist, assembly, down piling, or bindery) - The ability to perform basic math calculations

Employees can be expected to be paid an hourly range of $17.50-$19.50, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
