Full job description

We are searching for the best talent for a TS Finance Senior Manager - Release Train Engineer (RTE) to be located in Raritan, NJ or New Brunswick, NJ.

The Finance Senior Manager - Release Train Engineering (RTE) leads Agile Release Train execution across the Finance Technology portfolio, ensuring successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA, Finance Platforms, AI-enabled capabilities, and enterprise digital initiatives. This role drives cross-functional planning, execution, dependency management, and continuous improvement while partnering with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business stakeholders, and external partners.

The ideal candidate combines strong Finance process knowledge with Agile leadership and technical delivery expertise to enable predictable, high-quality outcomes across a complex global landscape.

- Lead the Agile Release Train (ART) supporting Finance Technology initiatives.

- Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and release governance.

- Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams, ensuring alignment to business priorities and strategic roadmaps.

- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and critical path activities.

- Drive execution across SAP S/4HANA Finance, BTP, integrations, analytics, AI solutions, and enterprise platforms.

- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Engineering Leads, and Business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver value.

- Establish delivery metrics, predictability reporting, capacity planning, and release health dashboards.

- Promote Lean-Agile practices, DevSecOps, automation, and continuous improvement.

- Support organizational change management and Agile maturity across delivery teams.

- Ensure compliance with Quality, Security, SOX, SDLC, and corporate governance standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.

- 8+ years of experience leading large-scale technology delivery programs.

- 5+ years working in Agile environments utilizing SAFe or similar frameworks.

- Experience serving as Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or Agile Program Lead.

- Strong understanding of Finance business processes including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Treasury, FP&A, and Financial Reporting.

- Experience delivering SAP Finance solutions (SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA).

- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

- Familiarity with AI-enabled software delivery, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automation.

- Experience leading globally distributed teams across multiple vendors.

- Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off
