Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, vendors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, and maintain visitor and vehicle access records in accordance with location requirements.
Help control access to loading areas, employee entrances, and other restricted locations while reporting unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, the business, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
