Job Summary The Site Engagement Manager supports the successful execution of a globally distributed Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) program by coordinating customer engagement, field operations, and site activities across multiple domestic and international locations.
The incumbent serves as a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO), working closely with Program Management, Field Service Representatives (FSRs), engineering teams, logistics personnel, and Government stakeholders to ensure effective communication, operational readiness, and successful execution of site activities.
This position routinely travels to customer locations to assess operational health, engage with onsite personnel, validate engineering activities, identify operational risks, and promote consistent execution of program objectives.
The Site Engagement Manager develops strong working relationships with customer personnel and serves as the operational link between deployed field teams and the Program Management Office, ensuring timely communication, coordinated execution, and a consistently high level of customer satisfaction across the global enterprise.
Applicants must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
Major Responsibilities Support the Program Manager in coordinating customer engagement activities across multiple domestic and international operational sites.
Travel routinely to customer locations to engage with Government users, site leadership, and Field Service Representatives (FSRs). Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer personnel while promoting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Conduct recurring site visits to assess operational readiness, identify risks, gather customer feedback, and recommend operational improvements.
Coordinate engineering activities, maintenance windows, technology refreshes, and site support requirements with engineering and operations teams.
Serve as the communication link between deployed FSRs, engineering organizations, logistics personnel, and the Program Management Office. Monitor site activities and communicate issues, risks, customer concerns, and operational status to Program Management.
Support planning and execution of site surveys, equipment installations, modernization efforts, operational transitions, and customer demonstrations.
Coordinate travel schedules, site access requirements, logistics, and deployment activities for field personnel. Track site action items and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues.
Prepare trip reports, customer visit summaries, operational assessments, and status reports for Program Management. Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, customer meetings, and operational planning activities.
Promote standardized operational processes, communication, and customer engagement practices across all supported locations. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service delivery.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance. Minimum of 5 years supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or Federal Government technical programs.
Minimum of 3 years coordinating customer engagement, field operations, technical programs, or site support activities. Experience supporting geographically dispersed technical or operational environments.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 30-50%) in support of customer sites and program activities.
Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting DISA, NGA, SOCOM, Combatant Commands, or other DoD ISR programs. Experience coordinating Field Service Representatives (FSRs), technical operations, or geographically dispersed engineering teams.
Familiarity with systems engineering, enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or technical operations. Experience coordinating technology refreshes, site installations, engineering deployments, or operational assessments.
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management, and asset management processes. Experience supporting Full Motion Video (FMV), ISR architectures, Cross Domain Solutions (CDS), or enterprise mission systems.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Agile, or ITIL certification is desirable. Desired Competencies The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Exceptional customer engagement and relationship management skills.

Cubic Pay Range: $106,000.00 - $119,000.00 + benefits. The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
