This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00

The data entered into our item setup systems can make or break a positive experience for our guest. It’s the mission of the Data Quality team, using best in class data governance checks, to reduce and improve friction points for our guest on Target.com and in stores. As an Item Data Quality Analyst, you would join a global industry leading team, specializing in data management and governance. You would focus on large data quality initiatives, handling data remediation and help guide Target towards a preventative state for data quality issues in the future.
The Item Data Quality Analyst (IDQA) will lead the Data Quality (DQ) strategy within the Enterprise Item Data Governance team. The IDQA will create and analyze DQ performance metrics and drive teams to take action on DQ priorities affecting the entire enterprise.
The IDQA is responsible for governance and prioritization of Data Quality and the Metadata Data Quality System, by maintaining a strong focus on both operational and guest facing data quality in order to improve the guest experience and drive enterprise excellence.
Additionally, the IDQA is responsible for providing leadership in special projects aimed at solving chronic item data quality problems by way of identifying roadblocks, system changes, process improvements, and best methods.
