Program Optimization Senior Consultant

Job Family: Operational Effectiveness Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph

What You Will Do: - Embed with sensitive client mission program and develop intimate knowledge of critical cross-USG coordination system - Identify potential avenues for optimization and enhancement, making recommendations to client stakeholders for potential courses of action - Work across organizational boundaries to build and sustain shared momentum against program objectives and optimization/transformation milestones - Leverage analytics skills to identify, refine, and establish clear performance metrics and indicators of return on investment - Work closely with broader delivery team to sharpen requirements and adjust team structure to adapt to shifting client needs over time

What You Will Need: An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph Bachelors degree Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of experience in relevant disciplines within the national security ecosystem Demonstrated experience with analytics, business analytics, and performance metrics Demonstrated experience working within sensitive mission programs What Would Be Nice To Have: Masters degree Minimum of EIGHT (8)+ years of experience in relevant disciplines within the national security ecosystem Demonstrated experience with plans, budget execution, and financial management Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight toward shared objectives
