- Maintain high editorial and quality standards across employee-facing channels, promoting communications that are clear, concise, accurate, relevant, and aligned to each channel's purpose.

- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content and templates for internal platforms, including our intranet, internal newsletter, email campaigns, digital signage, and enterprise social platform.

- Utilize content management systems (CMS) for the day-to-day management and publishing across internal communication channels, ensuring that content is both easily accessible to employees and easily maintained by communications team members.

- Support recurring content review and auditing workflows to help ensure employee-facing information remains current, accurate, useful, and well managed.

- Coordinate with Internal Communications, Marketing, IT, and vendor teams to maintain channel operations and communications enablement tools as needed.

- Uphold governance and brand guidelines across internal communication channels to positively reflect company identity and culture while enabling positive employee experiences.

- Monitor and assess the performance of internal communication efforts, using insights to help refine approaches and identify best practices.

- Provide executional and administrative support for internal communications and channel operations, including documentation and refinement of protocols, templates, standard communications materials, and other resources for enablement.

- Advise business partners, communicators, and channel users on optimal use of enterprise communications channels for their audiences and goals.

- Serve as a collaborative thought partner on channel and communications operations initiatives, bringing sound judgment, practical recommendations, and a service mindset.

- Assist as needed with cross-training and support to employees on the use of internal communication tools and platforms.

- Leverage subject matter expertise to serve as a trusted knowledge manager for our internal network of communicators, facilitating knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous learning.

- Contribute data, insights, and proven best practices to efforts to enhance the effectiveness and engagement for internal communications.

- Support technology adoption and AI transformation by learning new tools and methodologies, translating best practices into practical resources and recommending ways to improve how the team works. Further champion AI transformation by ideating, exploring, testing, and implementing AI agents and tools to enable communications.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting and incorporating feedback from colleagues and stakeholders to improve processes, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance effectiveness.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in internal communications, channel operations, and web content management.

- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or Journalism

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.

- Experience managing internal channels, such as intranets, digital signage, and email newsletters and/or campaigns.

- proficiency with key tools preferred - SharePoint, Viva Engage, Power platform, and/or internal communications measurement platforms such as SWOOP Analytics and tyGraph.

- Consulting experience in a management consulting firm environment preferred.

- Hybrid work arrangement, requiring 3 days in the office each week.

- This role can be based in our New York, NY, or Boston, MA, office.

- Options for assignment to another tristate hub office - Holmdel, NJ, or Stamford, CT -may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
