Marketing Analyst

Location: San Francisco, CA Work Model: In-person Industry: AI for enterprise insurance

Compensation: $70K-$100K base About the Company Our partner is a fast-growing, Series A AI company backed by top-tier investors, transforming how the largest insurance carriers process claims end to end. After roughly 50% month-over-month revenue growth, the team has scaled to around 70 people and is on track to more than double by year end.

The culture is fast, feedback-rich, low on bureaucracy, and fully in-person. The Opportunity Our partner is hiring a Marketing Analyst to build the measurement system its growth function runs on. You will quantify outbound channels, own CRM data and sales analytics, and turn messy signal into clear decisions.

You will work hand in hand with the events lead and help decide where the growth engine spends its energy. This is a role for someone who is rigorously analytical first and a marketer second, building measurement infrastructure from the ground up rather than inheriting someone else's dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Measure outbound channel performance (for example, LinkedIn conversion)
• Own CRM management and reporting
• Run sales and marketing analytics and design experiments
• Build measurement infrastructure from scratch
• Partner with the events function on shared programs Requirements
• 0-3 years in an analytical role
• Comfortable with CRMs and marketing analytics tools
• Strong grasp of experimentation design
• Able to both build systems and perform the analysis
• Intellectually honest, a clear communicator, and comfortable with ambiguity
