Education: Bachelor's degree
- Leading and managing various medical communication projects including publications, including defining project briefs, planning, and coordinating activities to ensure successful project outcomes. - Managing client status meetings, reports and liaison as co-lead with scientific counterparts for multiple projects - Execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved on time. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project plans, deliverables, and expectations. - Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing solutions to address challenges and keep the project on track or escalating as appropriate. - Providing regular updates and reports on project status, performance, and changes to stakeholders and team management and sr management as appropriate.
You will have solid project and program management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and mentor more junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree - Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects effectively, with a track record of successful project delivery. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to achieving project goals and driving continuous improvement.
