- Serve as a trusted partner by handling the full lifecycle of user access, providing proactive support to resolve issues and enabling our team to perform their best work securely.

- Lead regular security audits and collaborate with partners to uphold the highest standards of data privacy, regulatory compliance, and segregation of duties.

- Stay ahead of the curve by supervising Workday releases and leading security enhancements that keep our environment efficient, scalable, and future-ready.

- Cultivate a culture of transparency by maintaining clear documentation and guiding multi-functional teams through security best practices and system updates.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related field-or an equivalent combination of professional experience and continuous learning.

- 3 to 4+ years of experience with Workday security, including security domains, business process policies, and security group configuration.

- Experience handling critical and confidential information with the highest level of professional integrity and care.

- Expertise using data tools like Microsoft Excel to support security audits, analyze trends, and maintain accurate documentation.

- Experience in Workday Security Administration, including familiarity with core modules (such as HCM, Payroll, or Financials) and relevant professional certifications.

- Experience supporting regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and audit activities in a global organization, with exposure to specialized features like Prism Analytics or Adaptive Planning.

- A proactive interest in AI advancements and experience using tools like ChatGPT to streamline analysis, automate tasks, and strengthen security operations.

- A natural interest in sophisticated problem-solving and a detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting system issues and access requests.

- Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira, participating in two sprints.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
