Material Handler 3 - 1A Sun- Tues, every other Wednesday, Can work anytime from 5am-5pm

Intermediate warehousing position that is expected complete all tasks under general supervision. Material Handler 3 performs a variety of warehouse functions including but not limited to receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control. Position in responsible for completing the physical and systematic movement of material in accordance with all safety, cGMP, and quality procedures.

Position is expected to transact all material timely and compile and maintain all required documents for material movement as per quality procedures. This position may work with raw materials, dangerous goods, WIP materials, finished goods, returned goods, R&D materials, etc.

Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime, Hours and shifts are subject to change.

Shift: 1A Sun- Tues, every other Wednesday, Can work anytime from 5am-5pm

* Completes all warehousing activities including but not limited to receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control in compliance with Safety, cGMP, and Quality Standard Operating Procedures.

* Utilizes pallet jacks, stand-up reach trucks, sit-down reach trucks, turret trucks, electric rider jacks, box trucks to unload/load material and transport it between areas.

* Able to obtain and/or has been certified on multiple types of material handling equipment.

* Performs transactions in ERP/WMS system including but not limited to shipping, entering cycle counts and material receipts, shipments, etc.

* Able to investigate and resolve shipping or receiving issues utilizing ERP/WMS system.

* Able to perform intermediate functions in Excel including such as creating tables, sorting/filtering data, etc.

* Cross-trained in multiple functions in the warehouse(s) such as receiving, shipping, and inventory control.

* In collaboration with his supervisors, assists in implementing process improvement ideas.

* Assists in leading daily team meetings to review team performance and daily workload.

* Provides hands on training to new employees/temporary employees on warehouse functions.

* Helps assign activities to team based on priorities set by leadership.

* Creates and/runs basic reports around performance metrics.

* Investigates a resolves basic customer requests from internal partners.

* 1 year utilizing Oracle/WMS or 2 years of experience completing transactions in other ERP/WMS system

* 1+ year experience operating electric powered material handling equipment

* Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
