Manager Trainee

- Support achievement of location sales goals - Deliver excellent customer experience to contribute to high customer service scores - Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices

- Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control - Assist with store operations and compliance

- Support team with miscellaneous task including but not limited to cleaning and preparing vehicles for customers, lot management, and customer service assistance

- Learn finance processes and support deal completion - Understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics

- Shadow and support management in daily operations - Build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching - Prepare for future leadership roles through structured training - Learn how role contributes to/impacts the overall financial wellbeing of the company

- Must be 20 years of age or older - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Valid driver's license - Strong computer and multitasking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow - Exceptional time management skills - Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Presentable attire - Experience working in a professional environment
