Client Readiness Engineer

They are comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple technical and business teams and are committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Windows desktop environments.

- Minimum 2 years of endpoint deployment, provisioning, imaging, or desktop engineering experience.

- Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) or equivalent endpoint management platforms.

- Experience with inventory control, asset management, or hardware lifecycle processes.

- Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and demenstrate s trong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

- Experience in following areas: Windows 11 administration, Microsoft 365, Endpoint imaging and deployment, Hardware lifecycle management , Inventory and asset management, Desktop hardware troubleshooting, Customer service excellence and Process documentation

- Must have a continuous improvement mindset, enjoy t eam collaboration, good time management, and be a daptable and flexibile to change

- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, or modern endpoint management.

- Experience configuring Cisco or Meraki networking equipment.

- Experience supporting advisor or branch office deployments.

- Experience working in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
