Senior Payroll Manager

What You'll Do: - Oversee end-to-end payroll processing using Workday Payroll - Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial tax and wage regulations - Lead payroll audits, reconciliations and reporting to maintain data integrity - Identify and implement process improvements, automation and system enhancements - Manage payroll tax filings, deductions and multi-jurisdiction compliance - Conduct risk assessments and strengthen internal controls - Serve as escalation point for complex payroll matters - Partner cross-functionally on M&A, policy updates and enterprise initiatives - Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA performance - Provide leadership updates on regulatory and industry changes Senior Payroll Manager - Oversee Payroll Processing, Compliance and Workday Payroll Systems Payroll Manager | Workday Payroll | Payroll Operations | Multi-State Payroll | Canadian Payroll | Payroll Compliance Pay Range: 124,000.00 - 155,000.00 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
