Job Description

U.S. Bank Avvance, our point-of-sale lending product, is seeking a skilled Program Manager, Partner Integrations with exceptional program/project management process and methodology experience to contribute toward the success of Avvance partner integration initiatives. Responsible for independently directing and managing the overall work efforts of partner integration programs across the Connect, Flex, and Express integration types, ensuring proper controls are in place and processes are followed from signed deal through successful go-live and handoff to Customer Success.

Manages partner integration projects from initial deal review and internal kickoff through implementation, go-live readiness, and post-implementation transition per established methodology and approved project tools. Defines and maintains the integration operating model, including standards for intake, kickoff, RAID management, status reporting, documentation, and go-live readiness.

Capable of utilizing project plans, integration playbooks, templates, and reporting tools to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, scope, and quality expectations.

Builds bridges and relationships with key project stakeholders while serving as the senior liaison across Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Onboarding, Sales, Customer Success, and the partner's technical team. Ensures the appropriate integration type is selected and executed with clear alignment on quality, timeline, and scope.

Able to address issues through direct one-on-one dialogue with project resources, partner stakeholders, and internal leadership. Develops relationships with leadership of key project resources and represents Partner Integrations to senior bank leadership and partner executives.

Authors and maintains project management artifacts, including project plans, integration documentation, readiness materials, status updates, RAID logs, and executive communications. Ensures project governance is established and observed throughout the integration lifecycle. Recognizes, clarifies, and prioritizes project activities, dependencies, blockers, and decisions needed to keep partner implementations on track.

Authors effective, clear, concise, and relevant communication for program/project stakeholders and presents the appropriate message to audiences including senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

Determines the knowledge, skill sets, resources, and cross-functional support required to ensure successful partner integration outcomes. Works with internal teams and resource managers to obtain the appropriate resources and drive timely execution. Promotes collaborative relationships across project team members and works effectively across the organization to achieve goals.

Manages formal handoff to Customer Success at the conclusion of integration, ensuring documentation, configurations, partner context, and readiness details are transferred cleanly so the partner is positioned for activation and growth.

Partners with Product to align certification timelines for new Avvance feature releases and may re-engage on a project basis to coordinate testing, partner readiness, rollout planning, and cross-functional execution. Drives continuous improvement of the integration function by refining playbooks, templates, tooling, reporting, and operating standards.

Identifies friction points across the partner journey and leads cross-functional work to resolve them, scaling the Avvance integration model as the partner portfolio grows. Leads cross-functional initiatives and contributes to overall team effectiveness within Partner Success.

Basic
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- At least 7 years experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects.

Location Expectations

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S.

Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,095.00 - $130,700.00
