Manager, Project Mgt (IC)

- Drive the implementation and onboarding of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs - Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with their goals and operational needs - Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet critical timelines and deliverables - Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth objectives - Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail - Adapt to evolving processes, tools, and organizational priorities - Operate with a high degree of autonomy while appropriately escalating risks or issues

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration

- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, including end-to-end client delivery

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

- Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage large volumes of complex information under tight deadlines

- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight from leadership

- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training or relevant professional work experience

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
