VP, Bioprocess Sales Americas (Remote)

Who you are: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business or related field (Master's or MBA preferred) Significant functional experience (typically 15+ years) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Healthcare industry Demonstrated leadership experience (typically 10+ years) leading large, multi-layered commercial organizations Proven experience managing a P&L of ≥$400M, with accountability for revenue growth and profitability Experience leading organizations of >200 associates across multiple geographies Track record of developing and executing commercial strategies that drive market share growth and customer expansion Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization and leveraging structured business systems (e.g., DBS or equivalent) for performance management Travel, Motor Vehicle Record

requirements: Ability to travel approximately 40-50%, including domestic and occasional international travel Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record The annual salary range for this role is $275,000-$325,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
