Applied AI & Productivity Lead

- Bachelor's degree (Artificial Intelligence /Computer Science/ Business Data Science/ Data Analytics/ Software Engineering) Master's preferred (MBA, MSc in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Business) and/or formal certification in transformation/operations (e.g., PMP, Prosci, Six Sigma, DBS). - Experience in tech/R&D operations, transformation roles and/or productivity improvements, including implementing RPA and AI projects at scale and large-scale process/tool migrations or standardizations. - Deep-domain expertise with AI/RPA concepts, KPI design, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making for productivity optimization. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and drive adoption across diverse teams. - Familiarity with any or all of: Jira, Confluence, Data Dog, Mix Panel, SalesForce, OpenSearch, AWS, Github

- Ability to travel 5-10% of the time globally
