Field Service Engineer- Boston

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, OR relevant degree in Biology, Chemistry, or other STEM field; OR equivalent military training; OR Associate's degree with 2+ years work experience.

- Years of experience : 1+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic equipment.

- Other essential skill : Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, install, and perform preventive maintenance on laboratory, biotechnology, or related technical equipment using established procedures and documented processes.

- Ability to travel up to 35%, including overnight travel, within the assigned territory.

- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

- Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.

- Supporting laboratory, biotechnology, bioprocessing, or medical equipment in a customer-facing environment.

The annual salary range $68,000.00 - $71,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
