the opportunity to:
- Serve as the primary advisor for employee relations matters across North America, including performance management, disciplinary actions, leaves, grievances, investigations, and separations.
- Conduct and manage workplace investigations, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Partner with managers, HR, and the North America Labor & Employee Relations COE to ensure consistent and compliant application of policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Coach and develop people leaders to effectively address employee relations issues and improve leadership capability.
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of employee relations policies, procedures, toolkits, and standard work.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HR Business Partnering, Employment Law, or a related HR discipline.
- Demonstrated experience handling a broad range of employee relations matters, including high-volume and complex case management.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor and employment laws and employee relations best practices.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, influence stakeholders, and resolve issues effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Experience supporting employee and labor relations matters in Canada and/or Puerto Rico.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, laboratory, or other operational environments.
- Experience working in unionized workplaces.

The annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
