Danaher Business System Leader - Global Service

the opportunity to:

- Govern Service Kaizen & Problem-Solving Funnels : Guide teams to prioritize focus and ensure ongoing use of DBS Kaizen Standards, Best Practices, and Sustainment.

- Manage DBS Certification Pipeline : Builds DBS skill by helping business partners prioritize DBS tool certification needs, identify candidates, and supports those candidates throughout the process.

- Teach DBS and Nurture DBS Culture : Leads DBS-related events and trainings and serves as the DBS standard-bearer for the Service Organization. Tools of focus include Daily Management, Problem Solving Process, Value Selling and Launch Excellence.

- Minimum bachelor's degree in a Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience specifically in sales, service, marketing, sales operations, or similar role OR equivalent time in a position dedicated to continuous improvement.

- Minimum 7+ years of work experience is required.

- Demonstrated use of Danaher Business System Fundamental and Commercial Tools. Certified Practitioner status in one or more tools preferred.

- Demonstrated experience partnering with Commercial or Service senior leaders and leading through influence at all levels of a global organization.

- Ability to travel - 35 % travel, overnight and including international.

- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 40lbs in support of trainings and workshops.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Strong process orientation, problem solving skills, and a commitment to delivering results.

- Ability to perform exceptionally in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment with a sense of urgency.

- Experienced influencer capable of managing / leading teams at all levels of an organization, including executive level, without direct authority.

The annual salary range for this role is $135,000 - $155,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
