Sr. Project Manager, Innovation (Genomics, Reagents, New Product Development)

the opportunity to: - Lead coordination of high-performing, cross-functional project teams with clear accountability for outcomes and delivery - Facilitate adoption of DBS tools and behaviors (standard work, visual management, Kaizen, structured problem solving) - Remove barriers, manage risk, and drive corrective actions to ensure consistent, on-time delivery The essential requirements of the job include - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred) - Prefer 5+ years' experience in R&D, innovation or technology development environment with preference for 3+ years of experience in project or program management - Strong working knowledge of structured problem solving, project management frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies - Excellent bilingual communication and stakeholder management skills: Mandarin and English required - Ability to travel up to 20% domestic and international as needed to support cross-site collaboration It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Danaher Business System (DBS) or similar lean/continuous improvement environment - Oligonucleotide synthesis, genomics, or related life sciences technologies IDT , a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
