AAA Roadside Service Driver

$50,000 earning potential, plus additional opportunity to earn bonuses and incentives!

AAA Northern New England is looking for passionate and independent individuals to join our team as Roadside Service Drivers.

No CDL or prior experience required! AAA provides all the training you need to become a skilled roadside technician and help rescue stranded members.

- Rescue, mount, and tow disabled vehicles using a variety of service and towing vehicles, including wreckers and flatbeds.

- Provide light services such as lockout assistance, battery diagnostics, and tire changes.

- Initial Training: Extensive paid training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to perform your duties safely and effectively. Much of our training is in the field with experienced technicians to guide you through your learning process.

- Ongoing Development: Continuous training opportunities to keep your skills sharp and up-to-date and help you develop your career in the future!

- Career Advancement: Opportunities to move into supervisory/ management or specialized roles in various areas of the Emergency Roadside Service Department.

- Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

- Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire.

Our Tow Service Drivers start at an hourly rate of $20.00. After completing the training program, our full-time Tow Service Drivers who successfully meet goals earn an average of $47,600 to $58,200 annually.
