- Ability to understand complex regulatory, policy, or business requirements and translate them into practical reporting processes, controls, and deliverables.

- Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and implement more standardized, efficient, and scalable ways of working.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain requirements, risks, issues, and next steps clearly to diverse stakeholders.

- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, personal accountability, and a demonstrated commitment to ethical and compliant conduct.

- Direct experience with pharmaceutical state price transparency reporting or a comparable regulated reporting process.

- Familiarity with state drug-pricing requirements, including wholesale acquisition cost and new product reporting, prescription drug affordability boards, upper payment limits, or public-interest reporting.

- Experience in government pricing, pharmaceutical compliance, regulatory operations, State Government Affairs, or pricing operations.

- Experience working with external vendors and reporting platforms, including business requirements, user acceptance testing, or process implementation.

- Comfort using automation, generative artificial intelligence, or other digital tools responsibly to improve reporting quality, efficiency, and workflow execution.

State price transparency is an increasingly important area at the intersection of pharmaceutical pricing, policy, compliance, and operations.
