Real Estate Agent - Northern Virginia

Who You Are We're looking for the best agents who put clients first and are driven to win in their career.

- Active and unrestricted real estate license - Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market - Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity - You are a trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process - You have a proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business - You have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills - You embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside. Commissions in this role are expected to range from $30,000-$1,250,000.

On average, agents make $165,000, but there is uncapped potential.
