Minimum

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field; Plus, a minimum of three years of experience in project management and/or construction management or related experience; OR any combination of education and experience. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience with AutoCAD, Excel, Bluebeam, Adobe PDF, and MS Project software Exemplary communication, organization, interpersonal and leadership skills Knowledge of project management policies and processes Strong written and verbal communications, planning and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 Experience with understanding, reviewing and managing project schedules Independent critical thinking and analysis Demonstrating initiative, innovation, and resiliency Strong client and consultant relationship management skills Knowledge of Real Estate deeds, legal descriptions, acquisitions, dispositions, leases and/or easements Additional Job Information: A valid Colorado driver's license is required for positions that drive on County Business in either a county or personal vehicle within 30-days of hire or beginning to serve as an intern or volunteer.
